Rona Chang is the founder and creative lead behind OTTO FINN. Born in Taiwan and raised between Taiwan and New York City, she blends cultural influences with a love of color, pattern, and storytelling. Her decade photographing Indian, Chinese, and Japanese art at The Metropolitan Museum of Art continues to shape her thoughtful, textile-centered design approach.
At OTTO FINN, Rona transforms vintage Bengali kanthas into gender-neutral garments that honor craft, sustainability, and individuality. Her work has been featured at national craft shows, and she’s committed to creating a studio and shop environment rooted in community and care.
Outside the studio, Rona is a mom to two kids and shares her life with Poker, the beloved German Shepherd who often moonlights as the shop greeter.


Melanie Yi, our invaluable patternmaker and technical details guru, brings her expertise to OTTO FINN, ensuring that every design is perfected down to the smallest detail.
With her meticulous attention to craftsmanship, Melanie plays a crucial role in enhancing the functionality and practicality of our garments. She skillfully transforms our visions into reality by making those pockets bigger and deeper, adding an element of practicality to our creations.
Melanie's dedication to her craft and her keen eye for technical details make her an essential part of our team. Her expertise ensures that every OTTO FINN piece is not only visually stunning but also functional and comfortable.
Head of Production, Zane Lehman brings a sharp eye, deep technical skill, and years of hands-on experience to OTTO FINN.
With a degree in Fashion Design and a background in NYC’s fashion industry, he approaches every piece with thoughtful intention and an unwavering commitment to quality. His understanding of materials, construction, and small-batch craftsmanship shapes the backbone of our production process.
As the leader of our production studio, Zane ensures that each OTTO FINN garment is made with precision, care, and integrity. His steady guidance and creative sensibility help bring our designs to life—beautifully, responsibly, and true to our values.


Kirsten Fisher Price brings creativity, care, and a multidisciplinary art background to her work at OTTO FINN. With a degree in sculpture and painting—and a long history of working with materials in thoughtful, sustainable ways—she guides customers in the shop while also producing all of our mending bundles with an artist’s eye.
As our in-house mender, Kirsten gives each finished jacket its final touch, repairing and refining with precision so every piece is ready for a long life of wear. Her calm presence, craftsmanship, and commitment to sustainability make her an essential part of the OTTO FINN team.
Lauren Rocchio is OTTO FINN’s in-house graphic designer, bringing clarity, cohesion, and creativity to everything from digital assets to product packaging. She manages our FAIRE wholesale inventory and communications, ensuring that our partners receive thoughtful support and beautifully presented materials.
As part of our shop team, Lauren’s warm presence and eye for detail help customers feel at ease—and her green thumb keeps the space thriving. As our unofficial plant manager, she tends to all the greenery in the shop, creating a calm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door.
Her blend of visual storytelling, organization, and nurturing care makes her an essential part of the OTTO FINN team.


Laura Riviere brings extensive knowledge of materials and construction to OTTO FINN. With a background in costume design and experience on productions outside the studio, she applies her expertise to the production of our garments—from sweatshirts to jackets—ensuring each piece is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail.
She loves the way clothing can tell a story and feels lucky to be a part of creating sustainable, long-lasting clothing for others. When she’s not working, she enjoys creating art, silver-smithing, and throwing dinner parties.
Andrea Contaldi brings creativity, skill, and a love of hands-on craft to OTTO FINN. She works in the shop and contributes to the production of all our accessories, ensuring each piece is thoughtfully made.
Her background in Art and design gives her a technical edge to play with color and style while keeping in mind functionally and how it may pertain to people’s day to day style. An avid home sewer and dedicated thrifter, Andrea’s passion for making and repurposing materials aligns perfectly with OTTO FINN’s commitment to sustainability and one-of-a-kind design.


Vance Moss brings precision and care to OTTO FINN, working in the shop and overseeing the production of our mending patches. Involved in a local community maker space, they learned laser cutting and now teach the skill at Prototype. With a keen eye for detail and a growing passion for fabrication, Vance is currently working toward launching their own maker business.
