FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, this is done securely via Paypal or Shopify Pay. All prices are in USD.
There is no sales tax on clothing. Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax. Allegheny County residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email or shipping address. When signing up for our newsletter, we will only send emails about new Otto Finn products or promotions. We’re usually have our hands full in the studio so at the most, you’ll hear from us once a week.
FIND YOUR MATCH jackets are custom made and therefore non-refundable.
We do not accept returns but will happily exchange.
Before purchasing please review the size chart on each listing for best fit. If the items you ordered are not what you thought, or you made a mistake with measuring, you are entitled to exchange items if in stock. The items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and with the labels attached to the product. You have the right to open the package to inspect the items, but the items must be returned unused. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returning items. When exchanging, you will pay new shipping costs.
If you have received a wrong item (wrong style, wrong size) please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. If we conclude we are at fault, we will replace the item with a new one without additional costs and repay you for the shipping costs within 30 days.
DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT DATE.
Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, we do not refund shipping costs. If you would like to schedule a return, please email Rona at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipment. Return shipments need to have tracking. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
All international returns or exchanges will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you would like to schedule a return, please email Rona at email@example.com prior to shipment.
EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT DATE.
Customers are limited to one exchange per item. You are responsible for shipping both ways. If you need assistance with choosing the right size please see our size chart (on each listing). If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email Rona at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipment.
All gift card purchases are final.
If an item arrives damaged due to poor postal handling (for insured items only) please contact us to file a claim with the post office – the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.
-for items being exchanged we can only credit the cost of the item not the shipping
-when an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
-for items you want to exchange/refunded – you are responsible for shipping both ways.
